Please note that all retreat payments are non-refundable after September 6, 2026 due to advanced commitments for accommodations, meals, staffing, and retreat planning.

If you choose to cancel before September 6, 2026:

• Guests who paid in full may receive a refund minus a $250 administrative and processing fee.

• Guests on the 6-month payment plan may receive a refund of payments made, minus their first payment, which is non-refundable.

-No partial refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat.

-Participants are responsible for their own airfare and travel arrangements.

-Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of illness,

travel delays, emergencies, or unexpected changes.

-In the event of a cancellation, the retreat leader reserves the right to either replace or not replace the participant’s spot at their discretion.

-Mandala Healing Arts reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the retreat schedule, activities, accommodations, or facilitators if necessary.
